Salary Range:15.00/hour-16.50/hour
Our Behavioral Health Team is Looking for an Administrative Assistant!!

The day to day job functions of an administrative assistant may include answering telephones, responding to e-mails and working closely with the billing analyst.  In addition, the administrative assistant may prepare files, make copies and complete reports.  Filing, scheduling, scanning, assisting the public and staff are also duties of the position.  Maintaining file organization and scanning of records are also required.  Flexibility and the ability to interact well with all those encountered are essential in this position.

Job Function:
Provides clerical, secretarial and other support services to Clinical Division and Behavioral Health Services programs.


Job Qualifications:
Education and Experience: 
Minimum high school education plus related office experience

 Skill Requirements: 
Must possess good skills in oral and written communications, organization, transcription (Dictaphone), computer, office procedures and equipment
- Ability to work within a team framework
- Must be able to type a minimum of 55 NWPM
- Must be able to handle job related matters in a professional, diplomatic and confidential manner

Physical Requirements: 
Physical ability to effectively communicate by telephone and face-to-face meetings with clients, visitors and callers to the agency
- Physical ability to effectively utilize computer technology on a routine basis
