Children's Home has a strong history of working with universities to place students into appropriate intern positions in order to give students the greatest opportunity to fulfill their field placement requirements. Children's Home provides a wide variety of internship opportunities, including internships in the following areas: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Therapy, Education, Community Health, and Quality Improvement.

We have a continuum of care programs ranging from community-based counseling and intervention programs to onsite facility residential treatment. Interns would have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas. Such areas include: Assessment, Case Management, Family and Individual Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Family Violence, Support Groups, Networking, and much more. Interns would also be eligible to participate in any of our agency-sponsored training opportunities while they are interning at the agency.
